Cancellations.

BY OUR CLIENT: Incase  it happens that you want cancel a booked tour/excursion, client must do so by sending us an email or notify us with a call at least 48 hours prior. This is when the cancellation is subject to partial refund or no refund at all.

BY US: Cancellation of booked tours will only occur incase of unusual and unpredictable occasion such as bad weather. Importantly, we do try our possible to avoid such such occasion. Notably, another date for tour will be communicated as soon as possible.
