Refund Policy

1. Deposits are non-refundable as all initial deposits go into escrow and toward each traveler's rooms voucher
   (This is a fee paid to our international partners for room confirmation for each traveler & can't be received back)
2. 30 days or more before the day you start your trip, you will get a 100% refund
3. 15 days before you start your Trip the guest can be re-funded 50%
